Past & Present Home Gallery recognized by the Minnesota Retailers Association for excellence in retail

We are proud to announce that Past & Present Home Gallery has been honored with the 2020 Customer Service award through the Minnesota Retailers Association (MnRA). The sole winners of this particular award, we are one of ten businesses who have been recognized as leaders in the retail industry throughout Minnesota. We are thrilled to have been given this award and cannot wait to see what the future holds for Past & Present. It is with thanks to our wonderful customers that we accept this award and are humbled by such a prestigious honor.

A Quality Award for Quality Experiences

On Wednesday, October 7th, we accepted the 2020 Customer Experience award during the Retail Rally virtual event which was held by the Minnesota Retailers Association. Recognized as the most significant and influential voice representing the retail industry, the MnRA promotes businesses like us who excel in their market. Bruce Nustad, the president of MnRA, said that our store “truly has something for everyone and stands out as an Alexandria destination.” This is one of the many things that we strive to provide our customers and members of the community when they stop in. Connecting with others while providing a one-of-a-kind experience is what Past & Present Home Gallery is all about.

This award makes us official ‘Retail Champions,’ as part of MnRA’s award recipients. As the association helps to promote and enhance the public image of Minnesota businesses in the retail industry, this award will further put us on the map as a place to visit while in the area. We are proud to hold the title as winners of this award and intend to continue providing the best experiences for those who pay us a visit.
